This Villa develops over two levels. There is a dining room and a kitchen on the main floor. The living room is on the second floor. The two bedrooms and the bathrooms are half flight of steps above the main one. The main bathroom is accessible from the common area. The second bedroom has a private bathroom. Both bedrooms are accessible independently from a common corridor and from the outside area. The decor of the house is very simple, but most of the furniture are custom made and built with solid wood.
